You may choose to book a performance audit consultation if you are interested in our service or get back to us via email. Alternatively, if you book a performance audit consultation you will engage directly with us and we will conduct a deep dive into your property and discuss what is possible under our management. We will also highlight our specific vision for your unit(s)
If you are willing to engage with First Grand Property Management, we will send you a service agreement via email. Upon signing, you and your property will be part of the First Grand Family.
After all documents are signed by both parties, we will work with you to receive all relevant documentation and listing information and begin implementing our systems within 24 hours. You cans sit back and relax knowing your property is in good hands.
